1. IIT-Madras launches four-year online BS degree programme.

IIT-Madras launched its second online degree -- BS in electronic systems -- on Monday, aimed at meeting demand for skilled graduates in the electronics and embedded manufacturing sector in India.

The programme comprises a mix of theory and laboratory courses that will be taught by IIT-Madras faculty and experts in the industry.


2. IIM Jammu, IICA jointly launch new 'Executive MBA in Corporate Affairs & Management' programme.

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu in association with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) launched a new programme, Executive MBA in Corporate Affairs and Management in New Delhi.

The Executive MBA in Corporate Affairs & Management (Blended Mode) is a unique programme designed for mid-career professionals to enhance and advance their corporate affairs and management skills and knowledge.

 

3. IIT Bombay Releases Revised Syllabus For UCEED And CEED 2024.

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay has revised the syllabus of the Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) and the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED) 2024 session. Candidates can check the CEED and UCEED 2024 syllabus on the official websites at ceed.iitb.ac.in and uceed.iitb.ac.in, respectively.

 

4. Maharashtra Board to Give 6 Marks to Class 12 Students For Printing Error in English Question Paper.

Due to a printing mistake in class 12 English paper, the Maharashtra board will be awarding six marks to all students who attempted the questions

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) announced that students who attempted the erroneous questions in the English paper of the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) or Class 12 exams will be allotted six marks. Due to a printing mistake in the class 12 English paper, the Maharashtra board will be awarding six marks to all students who attempted the questions.


5. AIIMS announces INI CET 2023 July exam dates.

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi has announced the exam dates for the July session of the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET) 2023. INI CET 2023 July session exam will be conducted on Sunday, May 7, 2023. In addition to the INI CET July 2023 exam dates, AIIMS Delhi has also announced the January 2024 exam date of INI CET PG and all other exam dates scheduled to be held in 2023. The INI CET PG for January 2024 exam will be held on November 5.
