1.Mumbai schools reopen with full capacity.

In view of the decline in the Covid-19 cases, schools across Mumbai reopened yesterday, at full capacity Earlier, the Maharashtra Tourism and Environment Minister, Aaditya Thackeray, said that the schools would reopen with pre-covid timings, curricular & extra-curricular activities, school buses, apart from certain essential covid appropriate norms.

2.NU to conduct summer exams offline; students & teachers oppose the move.

Soon after Nagpur University (NU) issued a notification to conduct summer 2022 theory and practical examinations in offline mode, the student community is furiously opposing the move.

3.Four girls refuse to appear for practical exam in Dakshina Kannada following hijab row.

After four girls of Melkar Women’s PU College in Marnabail in Bantwal taluk did not attend the crucial practical examination, which they were to appear for at the SVS PU College, officials of the department pre-university education in Dakshina Kannada confirmed that their absence was owing to the ongoing hijab row.

6.Tamil Nadu board exam time table released.

School education minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi in Chennai on Wednesday announced the schedule for Tamil Nadu board exams, practical exams and results for classes 10 to 12.
