The Telangana Open School Society (TOSS) will be holding the Telangana Open School Exams for Classes 10, 12 from today, April 25, 2023. Students can check entire Telangana open school Inter, SSC date sheet here or on the official website – telanganaopenschool.org. The TOSS Telangana open school practical exams for Inter general and vocational subjects are scheduled from May 12 to May 19.
3. IGNOU signs agreement with ICMAI for developing ODL course on Agricultural Cost Management.
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) signed an agreement with the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) for developing an Open and Distance learning (ODL) course titled 'Diploma in Agricultural Cost Management'. The agreement was signed at CMA Bhawan in New Delhi today on April 24, 2023. A statement from the university said that the agreement is aimed at creating awareness and human resource in the area of agricultural cost.
4. Mega parent-teacher meeting in MCD, Delhi government schools on April 30: Minister Atishi.
A mega parent-teacher meeting (PTM) will be organised on April 30 in all MCD and Delhi government schools, Education Minister Atishi said on Monday, noting that parents are important stakeholders in the education model. 5. Quantum leap for quantum mission in India: Hubs to be established in research institutes.
What is said to be an eight-year-long mission is supposed to give the country a big leap in the realm of quantum technology. About Rs 6000 crore outlay was approved for a National Quantum mission (NQM) which was approved by the union cabinet recently. Senior Adviser at the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Akhilesh Gupta on Monday addressing media persons in Bengaluru over a video conference said the National quantum mission has four verticals -- quantum computing, quantum communications, quantum sensing and metrology and quantum materials and devices.
6. IIT Kanpur, C3iHub Collaborates To Launch Cybersecurity Skilling Programme.
Acybersecurity skill-building programme is all set to be introduced on April 26 by the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IITK), through its cybersecurity Technology and Innovation Hub, C3iHub. Vijay Sampla, Chairperson of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes will be present as the Chief Guest of the programme launch. Under the NM-ICPS Mission, the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, supports the Cybersecurity Skilling Programme.
