Several private universities, including prominent ones like Manipal Academy, Amrita, Jain, Symbiosis, Amity, Azim Premji, and Christ University, have expressed interest in establishing campuses in a state after receiving invitations from the state government.

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras’ Centre for Research on Start-ups and Risk Financing (CREST) has developed the country’s first information platform on incubators and accelerators. 

4. DU academic calendar released for select courses.

The University of Delhi (DU) announced the academic calendar for the 2024 session for MA in Hindu Studies, MA Korean, MA Chinese, BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) and Postgraduate Diploma in Cyber Security and Law.

5. Centre for Hindu Studies inaugurated at Delhi University, classes of first batch start.

The Delhi University has launched MA classes in Hindu Studies at its newly established Centre. The Vice-Chancellor inaugurated the center, emphasizing the importance of setting an example for other universities.
