The Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Tuesday held a meeting with government school principals and sought input from them on raising the bar for school education.


2. DU resumes offline examinations for 2nd & 3rd-year UG students.

Following a two-year gap in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, physical mode examinations for Delhi University resumed on Wednesday Delhi University Dean of Examination DS Rawat said that more than 29,500 students sat for the examination for about 40 papers held in the morning.

5. SC to hear plea for postponement of NEET-PG 2022 examination tomorrow.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to hear the plea of doctors seeking postponement of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET-PG) 2022 which is scheduled to be held on May 21 on the ground that it will clash with the ongoing counselling for NEET-PG 2021.


6. IIT Madras receives 10.5 crores from Power Grid Corporation for EWS scholarship.

Indian Institute of Technology Madras has announced that it is collaborating with Power Grid Corporation of India to launch a scholarship programme for B. Tech students from economically weaker sections.
