1. Bihar Board releases schedule for Class 10 Compartment exams 2023.

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSES) has released the Compartmental Examination Schedule for 2023 on its official website. The exams are scheduled to be held between May 10 and May 13, 2023, in pen and paper mode. The compartment exams are an opportunity for students who were unable to pass the regular exams to try again and clear their subjects. The exams will be held in two shifts, with the first shift starting at 9:30 am and ending at 12:45 pm, and the second shift starting at 2 pm and ending at 5:15 pm. 


2. Global Conference at KIIT World School.

A special online zoom conference  governing the skills among young people in their country was organized under the able initiative of KIIT world school, Delhi  for individuals all over the world. International schools, in addition to schools from all around India, attended the conference. There were schools from Poland, Korea, Qatar, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. By showing their creative idea for creating Eco bricks as a means to minimise the mess made by humans via the use of plastic, KIIT World School, SOHNA ROAD proudly represented Haryana.

4. Army organises its first online Common Entrance Exam for recruitment in force.

Marking a major shift in the recruitment procedures of the Indian Army in present digital era, a Computer Based Online Common Entrance Exam (CEE) has been introduced as a first step towards the recruitment into force, defence spokesperson said here on Wednesday. PRO Defence Jammu Lt Col Devender Anand said, "The Indian Army has transformed its procedure for recruitment of Agniveers, Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) and other categories with the introduction of Online Common Entrance Exam (CEE) as the first step."


5. Haryana CM Khattar bats for moral education for schoolchildren.

The chief minister presided over a meeting with the officials of the school education department at Shiksha Sadan in Panchkula regarding the National Curriculum Framework- 2023 (NCF). School education minister Kanwar Pal was also present in the meeting. The CM held a discussion regarding the school curriculum and moral education of children according to the NCF.  He said that moving in this direction, the state government has set a target of fully implementing the National Education Policy-2020 in the state by 2025.
