1. 4th Phase of
CUET cancelled at 13 centers due to technical reasons.
The fourth
phase of the Central University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG on Wednesday was
cancelled at 13 centers due to "unavoidable technical reasons" which
has affected nearly 8,700 candidates, as reported by officials. The CUET is the
common gateway for undergraduate admissions in all central universities.

Hindu University (BHU) has stated that the advertisement that is circulating in
its name, claiming that data operators are being recruited for the National

The cabinet has
approved the widening access of the Traditional Knowledge Digital Library
(TKDL) database to users and patent offices with the objective to drive

7. Madras HC
orders issuance of no caste certificate to student following denial of
admission.
The Madras High
Court on Tuesday directed the authorities to issue a "no caste, no
religion" certificate to a student studying in a school in Ambattur.
Justice Abdul Quddhose gave a ruling to this effect while passing orders on a
writ petition from J Yuvan Manoj on Tuesday.
