The Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur has extended the registration deadline for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2027 to October 19th, 2026. Candidates seeking admission to postgraduate programmes through JAM can submit their applications online through the official JAM portal. The correction window for applications is scheduled to open on November 10th.
The computer-based JAM 2027 examination will be conducted on February 14th, 2027, across around 114 cities. All 23 IITs are offering admission to 89 postgraduate programmes through JAM for the 2027-28 academic year. Candidates can appear for one or two test papers, subject to the prescribed combinations.

IIT Madras Launches Construction Robotics Facility
IIT Madras has inaugurated a state-of-the-art construction robotics laboratory with ₹3.30 crore in corporate social responsibility support from Bechtel India. The facility, inaugurated on September 22nd, aims to support research, innovation and practical applications of automation in construction and infrastructure.

Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) has released the May 2026 B.Tech results for several Electronics and Communication Engineering semesters. The results cover regular and re-appear examinations conducted under both the National Education Policy and Choice Based Credit System. Students can access their results through the HPTU result portal by entering their roll number or name. The released results include multiple semesters, covering both NEP and CBCS categories.
Seshadripuram Public School Holds Annual Sports Day
