FMGE Admit Card, RMS CET Correction Window, KEA Scorecards and Free Entrance Coaching: Latest Updates

Several important developments in India's education and examination sector have brought new information for medical graduates, school entrance test candidates, government job aspirants, and students from rural communities. The release of the FMGE October 2026 admit card, the opening of the RMS CET application correction window, the publication of Karnataka recruitment scorecards, and a free coaching initiative in Maharashtra are among the latest updates.

FMGE October 2026 Admit Card Released

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the admit card for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) October 2026 session. Registered candidates can download their hall tickets from the official website, natboard.edu.in.

The examination is scheduled for 31st October 2026. The admit card is compulsory for entry into the examination centre, and candidates should verify the details printed on it before the test. The examination city intimation slip was released on 20 October.

Candidates can access their hall tickets by visiting the NBEMS website, selecting FMGE under the examinations section, and logging in with their credentials. They should download and print the admit card and check their allotted examination centre and reporting time in advance.

NTA Opens RMS CET 2026 Application Correction Window

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the application correction window for the Rashtriya Military School Common Entrance Test (RMS CET) 2026. Registered candidates can make permitted corrections through the official website, exams.nta.nic.in/rmscet, until 28th October 2026 at 11:50 pm.

The correction facility allows candidates to rectify specific details submitted in their applications. However, it is a one-time opportunity, and forms will be frozen after the corrections are submitted.

Candidates can correct certain personal and examination-related details, including their date of birth, gender, category, signature, thumb impression and examination city selection, subject to the prescribed conditions. They may also change one of the permitted name-related fields. Mobile numbers, email addresses, addresses, emergency contact details and photographs cannot be changed.

Applicants should review the permitted fields carefully, submit the corrected form before the deadline and retain a copy for future reference.

KEA Releases AHO and Assistant Director Scorecards

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released scorecards for candidates who appeared in the written examinations for Assistant Horticulture Officer (AHO) and Assistant Director posts in the Department of Horticulture.

The scorecards are available in PDF format through the official KEA website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Candidates can check their marks in Paper I and Paper II for the Group B recruitment examinations.

Applicants should visit the official portal, select the relevant examination, and access the appropriate scorecard. They should ensure that the document corresponds to the post for which they appeared and verify their marks and examination details.

The release provides candidates with access to their written examination performance as they follow the recruitment process.

Free NEET, JEE and CET Coaching for 200 Students in Nanded

In a move aimed at supporting students from economically weaker rural families, the Nanded district administration in Maharashtra will provide free coaching for NEET, JEE and CET entrance examinations to 200 meritorious students.

The initiative comes amid drought conditions and seeks to help talented students pursue higher education despite financial constraints. Students currently studying in Class 10 at Zilla Parishad high schools and private aided schools in rural areas will be eligible for selection.

An entrance test is scheduled to take place in December. Selected students will receive structured preparation for medical, engineering and other professional courses. The district administration has encouraged eligible rural students to take advantage of the opportunity.

The initiative could help reduce the financial barriers associated with competitive examination preparation and give students additional support as they plan their academic futures.
